Job Description
Duties
- Provide residents with routine quality care.
- Administer medications to residents safely and responsibly.
- Review and follow each care plan & determine any changes in residents’ health.
- Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with the facility’s established policies and procedures.
- Must be able to relate to and work with ill and elderly.
- Must possess a sincere desire to serve the elderly, be patient and polite.
- Customer service issues.
- Incident reports.
- Resident assessments, etc.
- Duties may include additional documentation, treatment, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- RN active licensure; BSN preferred.
- 5+ years’ Supervisor / Charge Nurse experience.
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care rules and regulations.
- Communication skills and computer proficiency are a must.
- A strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor, and acceptable general knowledge of all Nursing practices.
- Must be fluent in English; Armenian/Spanish speaking is a plus.
